PDF — print and share
Export as PDF renders every slide off-screen at its full native size and downloads a print-resolution file. This is the right choice for posters and for any slide deck you want to share as a fixed, faithful document.
PPTX — keep editing in PowerPoint
For presentations, Export as PPTX produces a PowerPoint file with your text and shapes as native, editable PowerPoint objects — so you or a co-author can keep working on the deck. Layout may reflow slightly on a machine that doesn’t have your exact fonts.
