A clean poster or slide lives and dies by alignment. OryanApp gives you several tools that work together to keep everything lined up without fiddling.
Snap to guides
As you drag an element, OryanApp compares its edges and center against every other element and the canvas itself, drawing alignment guides and snapping when they line up. Toggle this with the magnet button in the toolbar.
Tip
Need to place something just off a guide? Hold Alt while dragging to bypass snapping for that move, without turning the feature off.The grid
Turn on the background grid with the grid button or by pressing G. It gives you a consistent visual rhythm to place blocks of content against — especially useful on large posters.
Nudge with the keyboard
Select one or more elements and use the arrow keys for precise movement:
- ← → ↑ ↓ — nudge by 1 pixel.
- Shift + arrow — nudge by 10 pixels.
Select multiple elements
Drag a selection box around several elements, or hold Shift and click to add to the selection. Press Ctrl+A to select everything on the slide. With several elements selected you can move, align, and nudge them together.
Note
Locked elements won’t move when nudged. Lock a background or a header once it’s in place so you don’t disturb it — see Layers, grouping, and z-order.
